Bio:

Louis C. Williams was born in 1905 in Mutual and graduated from OSU in 1930.  He received his master’s from the University of Illinois the following year.  Early in his career, Williams worked for Leon Senter, J.O. Parr, and Layton & Forsythe.  In 1945, he established his own firm in Oklahoma City.
