On the Market: A Home with Built-Ins Galore on Lake Overholser

Last week, real estate photographer Tim Moses toured a home that sits right on Lake Overholser and looks like a real gem — address is 2220 Overholser Dr.  He has graciously let me share his photos of the house with the Mod Squad in hopes that someone will snap it up and save all of its great original details.

I don’t have much information about this lovely ranch but looked it up on the tax assessor site to find that it was built in 1954 and is 2,829 sf.  Just a hunch, but I’ll bet this was a little weekend fishing cottage that was greatly expanded to its current size in the late ’60s or early ’70s.  No matter the story, it’s pretty impressive … and those lake views!  If you’re interested in touring this beauty, please contact realtor Donna Cohen at 850-1185.  And, if you’re looking for a real estate photographer, you can call Tim at 496-0268.

Here’s Tim’s photo essay of this place — try not to fall off your chair when you see the bedroom!
