With its aqua panelled windows, this nine-story, $3.75 million Southwestern Bell building contained 210,000 square feet of space that housed accounting, legal, personnel, directory, and commercial departments. The building sustained heavy damage in the Oklahoma City Bombing in 1995 but was restored and is now home to the Department of Environmental Quality.
