The $2.6 million,15-story Lakeview Towers Apartments was the brainchild of Little Rock realtor, W.C. Mason, Jr., and offered 178 efficiency and one- and two-bedroom units with individual balconies, a rooftop garden, laundry facilities, and a pool. Very early drawings of the site by Hudgins Thompson Ball (who wasn’t used in the final project) called for three towers, and the plural name stuck.  Here’s a drawing of that proposed project:

Although it received a new name a few years ago, the apartment building remains little changed today:
