Constructed on the site of the WPA-era football stadium, the Home Economics (now Human Environment Services) building on the UCO campus opened in 1967.  The two-story building remains a busy place during the school year with students taking classes in nutrition and dietetics, family and child development, industrial safety, and fashion marketing.
