McConnell House #2

Just four years after George Seminoff designed a drop dead gorgeous home for John C. McConnell, Sr. in Penshurst, he received the commission to design another home for the family, this time for John C. McConnell, Jr. From the front, the house is very protective and secretive and hides the fact, behind a long wall, it’s window-wrapped delight surrounded by a lush garden. The home is located on one of the prettiest and least known streets in Oklahoma City, where wild peacocks roam freely, and giant trees stand guard.
