Designed by George Seminoff
1956
2532 Pembroke Terrace, OKC
This magnificent house was George Seminoff‘s first design after graduating from OSU. It was designed by John C. McConnell, and the Usonian-style home features cedar ceilings, original terrazzo flooring, tons of built-in storage, and even a leather floor in the study. You can read more about the house and view additional photos on the Mod Blog.
Four years later, Seminoff designed a very mid mod different home for the McConnell’s son, John C., Jr.
