George Seminoff designed this stunner of a home on four acres for Peter and Alexandra Alaupovic. They arrived in Oklahoma via Prague, Zagreb, and Chicago in 1960 when Peter, a biochemist, took a job with the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. Alexandra was a noted artist and professor, and her artistic talents ran the gamut, from sculpture to photography to painting. This house and the surrounding grounds surely must have provided quite a bit of artistic inspiration for her because the couple lived here until their deaths in the early 2000s.
