In 1961, the Oklahoma City Builders Association hosted the first-ever Spring Festival of Homes, a week-long event in which 56 new homes were opened to the public for review. Homes were located in OKC, Edmond, Yukon, Moore, and Choctaw. Here’s the plan book and “now” photos of each of the homes. Enjoy!
