Mayfair Medical Center

1958
NW 50th just west of May, OKC

The charming, 8,000-square-foot Mayfair Medical Center cost $140,000 to construct and was completed in 1958.  Designed by Cirlos & Nicek with Ray Bowman as the associate architect, the building provided space for doctors and dentists and also contained a pharmacy.  It was demolished in the late 1980s, and the site is now a vacant lot.
