Norman High School

designed by Caudill Rowlett & Scott
1954
911 W. Main, Norman

The innovative design for this school featured a large interior courtyard so that every room offered a bank of windows to let in generous light.

Named “America’s Best Secondary School” by School Executive magazine, the building also appeared on the cover of Architectural Record magazine. ┬áThe school has been added on to several times and few original features remain.
